My friend Funmi and I decided to go to Dominican Joe Coffe Shop on South Congress to do some studying and work on a few projects. When we walked into the shop, i was afraid to order my frozen limeade(YUM), because it was so quiet in there, like a library or something. We sat outside on the patio. It took awhile for me to get comforable with DJ Coffee but after 2-3 hours of being there, i began to appreciate the patio atmosphere. If you don’t like bees, really loud outside noise(like the metro passing by every 10 minutes), or second hand smoke the patio is not for you.

Overall Dominican Joe Coffee Shop is a great place to study since they support the “Educational Journey” by keeping a quiet environment inside for the customers that come there to study.
